WTVA - Weekend Sports Anchor / "Sports Wrap" Host & Producer / WTVA Hockey Expert - Tupelo, Mississippi June, 2010 - Present
- I am the weekend sports anchor for WTVA (NBC) and report on sports and assist with producing the sportscast during the week. Starting in September, 2010, I have hosted and produced a weekly 15-minute sports show called "Sports Wrap" on Sunday nights. In April of 2011, I was officially given the title of "WTVA Hockey Expert".
ESPN U – Campus Connection Reporter – Tallahassee, Florida February, 2009 - April, 2010
- I was interviewed live from the sidelines of an FSU basketball game, gave feedback on the teams, and analyzed the game. I also wrote, voiced, and organized packages for air, and provided pre-taped phoners for use on "ESPNU Campus Connection".
SUN Sports / FSN Florida – Reporter – Tallahassee Aug, 2008 – April, 2010
- My packages on various Florida State sports teams aired during Seminole Sports Magazine, The Sue Semrau Show, and The Mike Martin Show.
WCTV – Associate Producer / Segment Anchor / Reporter – Tallahassee Mar, 2008 – May, 2010
- Starting in March, 2008, I was an Associate Producer for the night-side newscasts. From May 2008 until November 2008, I anchored a weekday morning show segment. I am the first and only Associate Producer at WCTV to be named Employee of the Month (April, 2009). Starting in December, 2009, I wrote, voiced, and edited packages for newscasts.
Seminole Productions/Florida State Football – Segment Host – Tallahaassee September, 2009 – November, 2009
- I researched Seminoles football facts, wrote scripts, and taped the "Seminole Timeline" segment for every FSU home game in the 2009 NCAA Football Season.
- For the Spring Football Game, I did highlights on the Final Four live over the P.A. system and video boards at Doak Campbell Stadium. I was offered the position full-time for the 2009 Football Season, but had to decline due to a conflict of interest.
WFSU – Anchor / Contributing Reporter – Tallahassee April, 2008
- I anchored, wrote and edited scripts, and researched and packaged a news story.
Seminole Productions – Camera Operator/Field Stats Producer/Grip – Tallahassee Jan, 2008 – Apr, 2008
- I worked at a wide range of FSU sporting events in several production positions.
ESPN Radio 760 – Intern – West Palm Beach, Florida Jun, 2007 – Aug, 2007
- I cut sound clips for air, received and cut updates, researched for interviews, updated the website, wrote promos, and set up locations for ESPN Radio 760-run events.
Champion Broadcasting – Play-by-Play Announcer – Tallahassee Feb, 2007 – Jun, 2007
- I did play-by-play for the Tallahassee Titans of the American Indoor Football Association. The games were broadcast live over the Internet in a tv-style format. I called the game, provided analysis, and co-hosted the Pre- and Post-Game Shows.
WVFS 89.7 FM – Sports Reporter - Tallahassee Sept, 2006 – April, 2007
- I wrote scripts on recent sports events from FSU and elsewhere and read them live on air.
